- BBBJan 31, 20262.0Date: Dec 19, 2025, (~1:45 PM) I visited this location only to have an old car battery tested (I did not make a purchase here). The battery was tested, confirmed to be dead, and I was instructed to leave it at the store, which I did. However, no one mentioned that surrendering the battery could be used to recover the core charge from a battery purchased earlier that same day at another AutoZone location. While the testing itself was handled fine, the lack of explanation about core return options felt incomplete. Customers should be informed when surrendering a battery may entitle them to a core credit, especially when the battery is retained by the store. This seems like a training or communication issue rather than intentional misconduct, but clearer guidance would improve the customer experience.

I had no idea what I was asking for and he came with me to the car, explained everything, and got me exactly what I needed. Car stuff is stressful (especially for a woman) and he made it all so easy. He should get a raise!!
