  Did not get the car I reserved. The car I did get had very dirty windows and windshield on the inside. Perhaps from previous vaping in the car, but the windows were not cleaned. I had to clean them due to the glare on the dirty windows, unable to see outside. As well, loud squealing noise in the rear brakes. I was in a funeral procession with this car and it was embarrassing.

  If you book through Chase, make certain the contract shows the return location properly. I wasted the entire last day of my vacation and had to change my flight reservations to fly out of a different airport. Furthermore, I called twice to attempt to resolve the matter. Neither call was returned.

  My brother and I had an amazing experience with a young lady named Suiaea at San Juan airport. I don’t know if I spelled her name right. She was so kind and understanding if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. My name is Orlando and I will be a returning customer. Amazing customer service!!!!
