The staff seemed young and inexperienced, and they didn’t even bother to top off any of my fluids. They also put the wrong grade of oil in my VW, and even after the oil change my car is still showing “service due.” To make matters worse, they damaged the oil pan on my BMW and are refusing to take any responsibility for it. Now I’m left dealing with the mess they created. Save your money and your car and go somewhere else. I will never return.

I waited for 15 minutes with one truck in bay one before one of the staff members finally put his phone down to come and tell me that he had to be the one to drive my truck in. I asked when that became a thing and what I am assuming was a manager out if uniform was walking by with his lunch after spending at least 15 minutes in his car called over his shoulder that he’s had “two of my guys hit by cars and one car drove into the hole”. I’ve worked at a Jiffy Lube before, and I’m fairly certain that doesn’t automatically become the policy. Don’t let the “under new management” sign fool you. This places takes forever still sucks and I will never go here again.

I thought something was wrong when I was in and out in 10 minutes so I came home and checked nothing was done. Do not recommend the Jiffy Lube in Hyannis.
