  very poor customer service by Anna & their manager Tom. I was able to book & pay complete for my reservation with Priceline. It even had asked me a prompt of if I was using the debit card. however, they were unable to give me the car that I had already paid for due to having a debit card that I had booked the reservation with. They do however accept debit cards for people out of state. So they ARE capable to do it for me but no, they made that very difficult & I have lost out on money & walked away without the car I paid for. Highly do not recommend.

  When dropping off my personal car, And walking to my personal car an extremely rude agent walked up to my car and tried to get in it Thinking it was one of their rental cars. I asked him what is he doing? He insisted To gaslight me saying it was my fault cause I parked there when the agents inside The previous date told me to park there. Then I get in my car and he Insist on coming up to my window again, and asking me a ridiculous question about the key of the rental car in such a rude fashion. Will never catch me at this branch again.

  I had one of the most pleasant rental car experiences with this location. I was left stranded by the nor-easter that hit the east coast and was looking at an extremely lengthy flight delay. I had frantically reserved a car with another car rental company at this airport only to find out that they had no cars despite the online system confirming my reservation. I then tried Enterprise where at first the kind employee (Bill) was unable to assist us. But as we we're about to leave he stopped us and to tell us he had secured a car for us. He had gone out of his way to figure out a solution. He was able to get us a car despite not having a reservation and really came through in our time of need. He worked quickly and efficiently and had us on our way within 15 minutes. In this day and age it is rare to be met with such kindness and positivity and I just felt the need to let him and this location know how thankful we were of their help. I hope people who find themselves in similar situations in the future are lucky enough to be met with goodwill and compassion as we were!

  Do not use this company unless you really have to! I had to rent from them three times because every other company was sold out. Every time there was something...I had reservation and exact pick up time. Still we waited somebody to bring the car or there was no one on the counter, so we waited for a staff. The first time we waited almost 2 hours, the second time more than 1 hr and the last time there was nobody at the counter so we had to wait again!
