    What started as a simple oil change and cabin filter replacement turned into a much bigger job as Omar discovered a huge pile of acorns in my cabin filter. He was incredibly thorough in cleaning the area up before reinstalling my filter. Thanks Omar!

    This Vavoline is ran by teenagers who take so long to do a simple oil change. I was in the bay for 45 minutes to an hour while they gossiped. Extremely unprofessional and did not need to take that long. Of course they tell me my car needs all these extra things and I always say “no thank you” but they were pushy. The car next to me was extremely upset after they broke something in his car. Drive extra miles go to another place.

    I always use the Valvoline in Marlborough. Since my brother had a problem after oil change. I always ask to not check anything just please do the oil change. Which they always do. Since I moved today, I went into the Valvoline in Hudson and I said the same thing. But at this time he wouldn’t listen to me, he says I have to do the check everything I said you don’t need to check anything. He says “headlights on “ . One more thing after he’s done, he just put his Hands full of oil on my steering wheel To reset the oil life without asking and leave my Steering wheel dirty. I will drive a little bit more Marlboro next time
