When I addressed the issue with the manager Omar, he was extremely rude and refused to assist me with any help. I then contacted Valvoline corporate, who has made several attempts to contact the area manager Dwayne to address the issue. It has been a couple weeks and he has not responded to any phone calls or emails. I’m concerned this is a safety issue seeing as my dashboard warning lights are on. I would not recommend this store. Management is not holding themselves accountable for a mistake their store (employee) has made. Furthermore, there was no understanding, empathy or solution proposed when I expressed my frustration as a customer. I came for a routine oil change and left with a monetary issue I cannot afford, nor did I ask for.
