  Went to enterprise rental on N. Hampton St. in Holyoke and helped a friend rent a car. The staff were very cordial. The manager. Nick took care of us very well and found a perfect car for us immediately very happy with the service and the car that we chose would definitely come back if we need another rental, highly recommend them

  Had an mechanical emergency, car broke down, dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and needed a ride. They didn't have any available rentals at the time onsite, but the staff called one in from another location within an hour.

  Not a location to go to if you are renting through your insurance. Despite the 2 employees being informed that the insurance carrier had already made a reservation for a vehicle pickup, I was informed that there was no such reservation. In mentioning the name of a higher up, they happened to then find my reservation and then stated that there was no vehicle that was available. i stated that if the reservation was made, then how would there not be a vehicle. I was then informed that they had a sedan, and I stated that the rental would be something that would be comparable to, what I already drive, which was an SUV. I get assigned a miniature vehicle and get told that it was meant for someone else. So, why are you assigning it to me? I then proceed to go over paperwork for clarification of everything that insurance would cover, as there would not be any costs that I would cover, considering that I was not the one at fault, other than gas and I leave. As I am leaving with a colleague, we both notice a fleet of SUV's in the back of the property. A week and a half later, I also get charged incidental fees and get told that I agreed to them. It was not an agreement when the signature only happened after conversation took place as to what charges would be and make sense of the numbers noted. Apparently misrepresenting and having a customer rely on that misrepresentation, is how this business works. First and last time renting from them.
