- QSQuality StoreAug 11, 20251.0August 9 2025. Under the recommendation from my mechanic i went to advance auto on south street in the city of Holyoke ma. And my experience was not a good one. I order some parts and i got some the same day and was told to come back in the morning so my mechanic went to pick up the remaining parts they told him that they haven’t came in yet to come back the next day . So i called at 9am and the lady that answered the phone told me that the mechanic had pick up one piece of the order yesterday and theirs one more remaining and she said she can’t guarantee when it will be in . So i called my mechanic and asked him if he had picked anything up from advance and he told that he had not picked anything up so i went personally to advance auto and called the mechanic from the store because they kept insisting that he had picked it up when he didn’t . So i handed her my phone so she can speak to my mechanic and since they were speaking spanish i could not understand. So i was upset because i felt that i was being treated right so i returned everything and asked for my money back..what im trying to say is that they were very rude to me. And i will never go there again.
