  Awesome service! I needed a clutch for my Camaro and had a ton of personal issues so I had to reschedule bringing it there like 500 times and the guy was sooooo patient and friendly. The price was super reasonable and they did an awesome job. Also, I’m a single chick so other places automatically jacked the estimates up, but Reliable was super honest!

  Joe is an honest, smart and reliable guy. I brought my 2015 ford f150 in for a second opinion after being told by quirk ford Quincy that I would need a completely new transmission. After Joes diagnosis he discovered that the lines from the radiator to the transmission were rotted out and needed to be replaced. After replacing the lines to the transmission, he further inspected the transmission to make sure everything worked as intended. I couldn’t be more thankful for the work Joe has done and the thousands of dollars he saved me. I would recommend anyone who has transmission issues to use reliable transmission. Joe is very fair and most importantly trustworthy. Thank you for your service Joe.

  These guys rebuilt the transmission in my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, running into a stubborn electrical parts issue in the process. Joe quickly fixed the problem, returned the van to me in top shape and even got an inspection sticker for me.. on the house! Thank you, Joe!

  The first thing that I would like to say is that Joe is extremely knowledgable. He knows what he is talking about, and also puts it in a way that the customer can digest. Secondly, you can tell this guy enjoys what he does and knows how to deal with customers. In a business where he deals with many grumpy customers that are going through unfortunate situations, he empathizes and always provided an uplifting tone. He is a timely worker and his direction and guidance for what goes on behind the scenes is top notch. I would recommend everyone in the south shore take your car here if you have ANY transmission issues. Very fair. Thank you!
