He then essentially was not honest when he said 30-45 mins tops. It took more than 90 minutes because he didn’t have the filter on hand and had to have it delivered, but did not let us know this beforehand. Therefore the vehicle was stuck on the stand essentially with no options while waiting for the filter to arrive. Just be honest with your customers!
