I’ve been so busy until I was looking for an air filter and thought about how fantastic the customer service is, the knowledgeable staff and a large inventory. I’ve been to many parts stores and this one has the best automotive knowledge out of everywhere I’ve been.(I’m always looking for air fresheners, parts, cleaning supplies or to get some automotive knowledge from one of the parts pros). Anyway approximately a year ago I went to get wiper blades and it was cold and rainy out. I gentleman behind the counter knew the size of the wiper blades without looking it up. I was going to get the least expensive ones but the gentleman pointed out the pros and cons of each one. I end up going with a better pair. It cost quite a more but as the gentleman explained to me that they would last longer which in turn would save me money. He was a very impressive young man and oh so pleasant! I am so sorry I forget his name. I asked for help with the wiper blades and he said he would be more than happy to install them. Well I grabbed the wrong ones and they wouldn’t work so another man come out, Simon was he name and he immediately told me we can change them out.for a pair that would fit. He told me to stay inside and stay warm and dry. So nice of him! Anyway he had to walk through puddles and get drenched to get the wipers on and make sure they worked properly.I tried to give him a tip but he said no that it was his pleasure. I just couldn’t believe the level of knowledge, top notch customer service and such nice warm hospitality. I’m sorry it’s so long but I was so impressed with this store and its staff. I will go to this store from now on.i live about a mile or two away. It’s been a super long time since a place impressed me so much. I believe this is the Main Street in Haverhill Ma location. The you so much gentleman of Advance Auto.
