I called to get my headlights taken care of, the receptionist was very very professional, she handled my call as if I was the only caller. I was transferred to Services, where I spoke to David, I felt like I was talking to a family member. He immediately says he would order what I need and would have it in a day, yes, in a day. I was getting a bit frustrated thinking I was probably a bother. The Receptionist spoke to me and told me I should never think that way and whatever I need they will provide it. Yes they did. David told me to take my car in the following day anytime convenient to me. I did and within 35-40 minutes I was out, all set and ready to go. This is AWESOMENESS and PROFESSIONALISM at it's best. Hats off to BILL DELUCA CHEVROLET in HAVERHILL.
