- MDMarshall DistelJun 11, 20211.0Avoid these guys at all cost. I was on my way from the Cape to Vermont and unfortunately ended up with a small nail in the center of my tire. Rather than simply installing a plug, the service provider said he would only install my spare. I will not be driving a few hundred miles on a spare... The provider was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. First he said he wouldn’t install the plug because I was on the side of a road. When I said I was safely in a driveway, the provider said he wouldn’t be able to install the plug because “all his tools were in the shop.” A shop full of tools isn’t needed to assist a driver with a nail-sized hole directly in the center of a tire.
