I interacted with 5 of your service team members during my visit as they passed by, gave me queues, took payment, asked questions-they were all so friendly to me as well as to each other. It’s unique to see such a positive, happy work place. Thank you for a fantastic experience. I will be back and I will make sure to share this experience with others.

Of four lanes, I was directed into lane 1 where I was first in line waiting for a car in the bay to have their oil change completed. As I sat a waited more cars lined up in the lanes next to me. Time started to tick by, and I noticed that the cars next to me that had arrived after me were starting to be called into their service bays and having their oil changes started. I continued to wait. I notice now another rotation of cars next to me are called into their bays, and I realize I have now sat and watched two rotations of oil changes happening on all other lanes, and yet, after 40 minutes of waiting, I am still sitting waiting for my bay to free up. At some point a young worker comes out to direct a growing line of cars into an orderly set of lanes. I asked him if the car in front of me was having extra services done and if I had been forgotten. He sheepishly admitted and apologized that he had been tasked with monitoring lanes and wait times, had forgotten, and hadn't realized he'd left me stranded behind a car having their radiator serviced. I was mad. I let him know I was frustrated and that his apologies weren't going to get me any of the wasted hour (that I did not have to waste) back. I waited another 5 or so minutes (as I had no other option, blocked in on all sides), and eventually I was brought in for the "quick service" oil change promised. The crew knew I was frustrated. The kid who'd received a piece of my mind was one of the people working to complete the oil change. Despite that I was spicy, and wasn't thrilled with his admission to not noticing my 40+ minute wait while other cars came and went before and after me, he and the crew did their job and had me in and out of that bay in 15 minutes. I give them a lot of credit for how the managed me, a frustrated customer. They were quick in getting my service done, and didn't try to sell me any extra services or upgrades. I actually really appreciated that. They didn't further waste my time with sales pitches or pedantic excuses. They took accountability and got to work. Management should be proud of their team and how they deal not only with happy customers, but also the ones who come in hot.

Kory was very helpful to me he explained everything they were doing costs etc and I could see them do it so I loved the transparency and was shown everything. He was a good conversationalist, kind, and answered all my questions and took good care of my car. I had a trip to Canada coming up and so I got a new battery, oil changed with filter, and two other air filters and one in the cabin. I had work after and surprisingly for everything they did I don’t believe it took much longer than 15 minutes and it would have been even faster if it was just the oil change. Overall great experience 👍
