Also my Differentials Serviced The customer service was actually excellent. This was about two weeks ago. I did notice after my coolant flush that my temperature gauge was not at the halfway point, but it was about an eighth of an inch pass it. I didn’t think much of it although I did ask, I figured if I drove the truck, it may fix itself fast forward two weeks and I am writing this for you now to let you guys know they did not tighten my oil filter. I only know this because my truck started reading. I didn’t have oil in my truck although I just spent almost $700 at Valvoline. I stopped by another Valvoline. They top off my oil and let me know that my oil filter was loose now my bottom is knocking in my truck. Valvoline blew my motor in my brand new truck specifically the one in Hanover mass now I don’t know what to do.
