  They are suppose to check washer fluid, brake fluid, etc. They didn't They just evacuated the oil out of my truck then refilled it. I looked my oil filter wasn't changed. Didn't ask me to step on the brakes and do the lights.

  Was very disappointed. I get my oil change there every 5000 miles. Went in there yesterday because I noticed my oil was low and you guys had the balls to charge me 14.80 for 1 quart of oil.

  Brennan is an exceptionally kind and dedicated individual. I was truly pleased to see him earn the management position, as it is well deserved. Given his contributions and leadership, I believe he would also be deserving of a salary increase.

  Horrible experience as I find the CSR lacking basic knowledge and attitude to be at that position. I recently decided to become a regular customer at the Hanover location. Miserable attitude focused only on aggressive upsell and not listening to customers. Not even greeting customers as human beings.

  Expensive but efficient, and worth not freezing your fingers off in the cold weather. Just know what you want done before you go in so you don't end up buying services you don't need or want at this time.
