Was told that I needed back brakes very soon, and that I would be lucky to make it to my destination for the holidays. Obviously, not wanting to drive with faulty brakes, I heeded their warning and drove cautiously, having my breaks checked at another Jiffy Lube location in Warsaw, Indiana. They gave me an honest breakdown of the state my car was in, told me my brakes are completely fine (and showed me why), and generally made sure I only paid for what was necessary. In conclusion: Jiffy Lube is always a risk; good management and honest employees make all the difference in the world. Will be staying away from Hadley for the foreseeable future.
- PMPatricia MccarthyDec 18, 20252.0Went there for oil change and tire rotation...im near 80 not as quick as I once was..came at me in a flash..concerning air and cabin filters..showed me filthy ones with leaves and debris stuck in them! and list on paper of mileage for brake fluid change and transmission oil change...I went for all but the transmission..429$!! After I thought for a minute asked my phone if the car would tell me when I need something.."yes"... but too late to change the outcome...on the way home I asked if they sometimes charge for things they don't do..jiffy lube in general.."yes"..so you tube taught me how to check the cabin filter...and it was new..thank God...but they could have made it less dramatic with maybe a cautionary word about it...I felt duped..won't go back..

Worst place I’ve been to in terms of upselling unnecessary things and straight up lying to my face about the prices of everything because they think women don’t know better. Tried to tell me I needed an entire coolant flush for $150 if I want to add more coolant and I can’t add more without flushing it or I’ll break the car and told me my cabin filter would cost $50 if I tried to change it myself so they will do it for the same price, it’s a $20 filter and takes two seconds to replace... spent the entire time mansplaining my car to me and trying to sell me bullshit just for me to watch them struggle to pop the hood for a few minutes and none of them could drive my manual car out of the bay. Most hilarious excuse for mechanics there is and, trust me, you are better off using youtube than ever going here.
