The third guy picks up his cell phone and starts scrolling on it while I’m sitting in line for 15 minutes. I’m the only customer in the store. Guess I should probably call to get service.

I was sold the appropriate battery, as the person working there simply and effectively explained the different options with me. I got a DieHard Gold battery, and when I drove it home, the car felt brand new with some serious acceleration and featuring a smooth drive when compared to before. Back to the experience: not only did the gentleman take great care of me when I bought the battery, but he also installed it. And I'm not sure if you've ever had a spa day for your car's battery terminal, but that's exactly what it was like seeing him change and manicure the battery area. BTW, this was all included with the purchase of the battery. I think it's clear where I'll be going for my future car needs.
