    Normally very happy with service. Good people. But tonight extremely angry. I pulled up at 745 pm. I saw the marked hours knowing the marked sign gave me 1.25 hours. My business called me and I had to take the call. Suddenly the worker locked the door. One hour early as posted. I immediately ended the call and knocked on the door. I needed a battery to move a vehicle for tomorrow's storm. He answered just to say I was out of luck. The computer was shut down. I pointed out the posted hours, and he said the posted hours where wrong for months. I bought (because of need) a cheep battery, way less cold cranking amps out of need. It all could have been avoided, still angry.

    Terrible customer service. Even worse policies. I purchased a car battery that ended up being defective. It was dead the next day, and I charged it three times and it does each time. Took to dealership to diagnose care, nothing wrong and determine the battery was bad. The store refused to accept the return of a defective product. WHO DOES THIS? I had to call the corporate line and supposedly they'll be using me a check in the mail. What a huge hassle. Well never support this chain again.

    Three guys in the store, One guy’s on the phone while I’m in line the second guy comes up and hangs out with the guy on the phone. The third guy picks up his cell phone and starts scrolling on it while I’m sitting in line for 15 minutes. I’m the only customer in the store. Guess I should probably call to get service.

    Absolute 5 star experience. Went there for a new battery for my 15 year old car. I was sold the appropriate battery, as the person working there simply and effectively explained the different options with me. I got a DieHard Gold battery, and when I drove it home, the car felt brand new with some serious acceleration and featuring a smooth drive when compared to before. Back to the experience: not only did the gentleman take great care of me when I bought the battery, but he also installed it. And I'm not sure if you've ever had a spa day for your car's battery terminal, but that's exactly what it was like seeing him change and manicure the battery area. BTW, this was all included with the purchase of the battery. I think it's clear where I'll be going for my future car needs.
