Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re taking money from me when I had already finished my lease now I have to contact my credit card company and inform them that I have not authorize them to keep taking money out of my account when I have completed the service then they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to extend it After I completed my required service this place is a scam. Don’t use them if you can go to anybody else you should.

Extraordinarily helpful, flexible, and just a feeling of being treated like a person, rather than a number. I am very happy with my experiences and hope others will try them out. Honest and fast. Thankyou Kevin. 🙏 to you and your family.

They were very quick to get a appointment the next day, but the car has been there for four days now because they had a faulty equipment and the mechanic said he’s been trying to get in touch with getting a new one and hasn’t been able to get in touch I’ve called. I’ve emailed with no callback And we already signed the lease and we haven’t had a car for four days or equipment been installed so it’s very frustrating,
Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock
How does an interlock device work?
An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. To read more on Intoxalock, you can read our ignition interlock device guide.
What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
The installation of an ignition interlock device, often called a car breathalyzer, typically costs between $70 and $150. This one-time fee is paid at the start of your lease and covers the service center's labor to install the device in your vehicle. Payment is made directly to the service center at the time of installation. For more on cost breakdowns, you can read our cost of ignition interlock device guide.
How do I use my interlock device?
Using an IID is simple. To start your vehicle, blow into the device as directed. If the device detects no alcohol, your car will start. You may be prompted for "rolling retests" while driving, where you’ll blow into the device again to confirm compliance. How-to videos are also available on the Intoxalock mobile app.

What happens if I fail a breath test on my ignition interlock device?
