The people in store are amazing and go above and beyond to get me my parts even if they have to go to Springfield to get them because there warehouse delivery is ridiculous. They cancel runs constantly or forget parts or leave them at other stores. You can't depend on any kind of time frame for when parts get to the store. The other parts stores in town have parts that are ordered from there warehouses first thing in the morning AutoZone is lucky to get them by 10am. My day starts at 6 so I'm halfway done before the parts even arrive. The store support isn't there either I have had the commercial guy not manager cause they don't have one even though the amazing griffin is always there in commercial doing the job but not getting paid for it send text to the DM for me with questions with no answer at all. You want this store to succeed but offer NO Support for the staff and then wonder why people keep quiting. I'm Not blaming the store manager either I have experienced what he goes through in a day he does more than his job requires on a daily basis. It's very hard for me to recommend this store to my fellow customers even though I like your products better because it's pointless if you can't get them to the store it's very frustrating.upoer management needs to do better I've never been more disappointed than I have been the last month with Christmas and new years being a very busy time and everyday no delivery's or having to have cars sitting most of the day while the commercial driver has to go to Springfield because they didn't get the call till the driver was already supposed to be there is unexcusable. Figure it out.

Tom, the manager, taking great care not to damage the paint, managed to get the door open. In hindsight, the door had frozen as a result of driving rain, then plunging temperatures. He then took the time to grease the mechanism to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend the store and commend the team working there.
