  Dropped off my mom's car to purchase get 2 front tires put on. Dropped it off at 8 had it back by 11. Great service highly recommend. Got 2 front tires purchased and mounted for 406 usd

  Took my truck in for an alignment, oil change, and serpentine belt change. 10am drop off and it wasn’t ready for pickup till 6pm. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they never did the alignment because my tires were too big and they didn’t have the proper alignment lift for it. Very disappointed that they didn’t even notify me and wasted an entire day waiting for my truck. No common decency for their customers. And better yet they could have just checked my tire size before they took it in the garage and this would have been avoided. So it took them 8 hours for an oil change and a belt change. I could have done this myself for less than half that time, but I needed the alignment done and figured they could do those simple changes while it’s in the shop. A simple phone call would have been nice. Will not return to Sullivan.

  Poor customer service on the phone. I recently moved to Gloucester and had a tire blow out on 128. I immediately called to ask this place if they sell tires and the guy pauses for like 10 seconds and says uhhhhh yeah as if I had asked a stupid question. Simple yes or no question bud. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  We are out of state and our rental from Turo had a low tire pressure warning. Ben, professionally and without hesitation, checked and filled the tires before our long drive. We arrived safely, thank you Ben!

  Got new tires at sullivan- the price was very fair (around $550, parts and labor and tire disposal included). Communicating with them was extremely easy. The employees were kind. My tires were put on very quickly, they even called and let me know that I could come early. Love supporting an employee owned company too.
