- IBIan Blanchard1 day ago3.0Poor customer service on the phone. I recently moved to Gloucester and had a tire blow out on 128. I immediately called to ask this place if they sell tires and the guy pauses for like 10 seconds and says uhhhhh yeah as if I had asked a stupid question. Simple yes or no question bud. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The employees were kind. My tires were put on very quickly, they even called and let me know that I could come early. Love supporting an employee owned company too.

- RRRaeJun 17, 20251.0My son brought my jeep in for a front tire plug. When he got home and I took it out, I could immediately feel a difference in the steering. Once I hit 128, 65-70mph entire Jeep shook like a wheel was coming off. Brought it back to Sullivan tire. They said oh he forgot to balance the tires… (balanced tires supposedly) then proceeded to show my son some sort of possible mechanical issue with the breaks- I got the car back and it was worse! I didn’t even call back. I took it straight to JEEP where I should’ve gone to begin with. Not only were none of the tires balanced but with the treads on the tires, they should’ve been cross rotated. 2 things this store should’ve known to do! 180.00 later at Jeep, my car is driving PERFECTLY! Will not return to Sullivan Tire ever again!
