The first time, the gentlemen took time to go over different battery starters with me so I paid for what I needed not for more. He also offered to charge my battery if I brought it into the shop. This is above and beyond behavior. Yesterday I went in to see if they could replace a headlight bulb. I had googled it and it didn't look hard but I was still reticent. Robbie, the manager, had the time and was willing to change them for me (we both agreed the other would go out in 3 months max). He found a couple of 'gotchas' that they youtube videos didn't find and quickly put new bulbs in and we tested all the other lights. During my visit yesterday, I watched them help a couple of customers, giving them the same consideration they gave me and one of these guys knew his stuff but same calm help. They checked a code from an engine light for someone else and discussed oil levels with another person. And the icing on the cake for me, a female colleague passed a test and there were congratulations and hugs from all employees. It looked like an amazing place to work also. Thank you for the atmosphere and the help. You all are amazing and building a great place for all to come.
