  I had reserved a premium 8 passenger suv over a month in advance, when the date came for my pick up I recieved a call stating the vehicle that was reserved for me came back damaged so all they had was a 7 passenger dodge durango which would not been enough space for my trip. I was told I could call around but thats all they would have for me and to call back if I would like it. After searching I found a vehicle an hour away so I called enterprise by my reservation time and told them I was on my way, 5 minutes later I get a call back they just gave it to the person who originally had reserved it. I was offered a 15 passenger van for a beach vacation, no thanks. In the end I drove the hour and had to pay $400 more for a rental and and last minute stress that was not needed if enterprise had they're duck in a row.

  The SUV was not clean upon pickup, exhibiting a significant amount of animal hair, which exacerbated my children's allergies. Additionally, upon returning the vehicle, I inquired about a forgotten EZ-Pass. The initial staff member I spoke with stated that it was not found after a search. However, upon my subsequent personal inspection with the cleaning staff, the EZ-Pass was located precisely where I had indicated it would be on the windshield, suggesting that the initial check was not thorough. This incident reflects poorly on the company's service standards. Conversely, Ms. Fiona Caporizzo provided exceptional assistance and made commendable efforts to resolve the situation.

  Pick up a vehicle every April for a trip. Fiona took good care of us and ensured we were squared away. Seamless rental, that's why we always come back to this location. Once again, thanks.

  The convenience of a rental car close to home is a great thing. This location is small and cramped almost always no place to park. The staff are very kind and receptive, and do a great job of assisting customers through the process of renting a vehicle. My biggest problem, is not so much the location and definitely not the people. Its those ridiculously high prices!!!!!!!!! Depending on what you rent, a 3 day rental is going to cost you anywhere between $300 and $600. I mean yeah in a pinch okay. But to spend that amount of money, it just makes more sense to save a few weeks or months and purchase a vehicle of your own.

  If I could give this Enterprise Rent A Car location zero stars I would. The worst rental experience I have ever had. I parked my car in their lot and the rental agent and I discussed it. Then I received a call after 20 minutes that I had to return and move my car out of their lot or they would have my car towed. I was unable to return due to work time obligations the Manager Fiona Capoorizzo had my car towed when I returned in a snow storm. Fiona couldn’t have cared less when I returned. The towing company was closed and wanted $300. Cash to get my car after hours. I had to Uber to my home $40. and return to the towing company the following day and pay over $200. Cash. Don’t rent from here!
