- JRJoshua RaschJan 1, 20261.0Place has gone down hill, manager who I will not name is very rude, communication on costs is basically non existent, was going to recycle my tires on a snow tire swap without speaking to me, when I asked him he crumpled up the receipt very agitated, said well maybe I looked at the wrong tires, didn’t look at them again or try to explain it to me, just told the guy to put them in my car very angrily and reran my card. This place used to be very friendly and a go to place for me. Such a shame.

The customer service is lacking, and they clearly don't know how to provide service as a professional establishment. I made an appointment online but when I showed, I was informed they didn't have any tires that fit my vehicle. But they are a warehouse for tires. They told me that if you book an appt online, you have to call after to confirm. That's not the way it works in any normal business. So I walked out and highly recommend to never get your tires done there. And then I booked an appointment online with one of their competitors for basically the same price. When I called them (I'm tainted now), they were shocked I was even checking. They said: Of course. You made an appt online so it's confirmed. The way a real business should work. Tire Warehouse has a lot to improve to be considered a real business.
