I brought my car in on Saturday, January 24, 2026. The tires they took off were brand new all season tires that were purchased and installed by them in June 26, 2025. I had an appointment scheduled for 11am. When I arrived, it was extremely busy. I told the manger as long is it was done before they closed, there was no rush. I received a vm from Topher after 4pm asking me to call him back. When I called, he told me that he was short staffed. Two of his techs went home and asked if they could do my car tomorrow. I said I needed it done today because we had a snow storm coming and my husband was going to need to take it to plow. He then responded with "he's going to plow with a ford escape?". He confirmed they would get it done. I drove over around 6pm since i hadn't heard anything. There was a tech that was working on my car so we sat in the car. We watched him put tires in the car and force the hatch closed. My husband got out of the car, thanked the tech for staying late and tipped him. Shortly there after Topher called. I went into pay. I thanked him for getting it done. He told me if he had the people, he "would re-staff the entire place with the exception of the two techs that stayed". We didn't remove the tires from the rear of the car because we figured the extra weight would help in the snow. The app indicated that there was low tire pressure, i expected it would update once the car had been driven over 20 miles. On Monday, my husband realized they only put two tires in the trunk. The app still indicated that the TMPS detected that the tires were under inflated. When my husband checked the tire pressure, one was a 3.6lbs and another was at 0lbs. He filled the tires to the appropriate levels but the TPMS system did not update. I called on Tuesday and spoke a woman (i believe her name was Jen). I heard her speaking with Topher and other staff. They confirmed they had my other tires and that they were open until 7. I arrived at 6:45 and they were closed. The next day, the same woman was there. She asked the tech where the tires were. He pointed to one and said he would go get the other one. He apologized for putting two tires back in the car but he was distracted when my husband spoke to him and he forgot. I after 15min or so, I went inside to see what was happening. The woman was away from the desk on the phone. She looked up at the tech who was hiding behind a pillar and asked him if he was ready. They reapproached the desk and said they spoke to the manager. They had found two other used tires in the that were the size i needed and offered me those. I declined. She then offered me a free tire the next time I needed tires which i also declined. She then asked me why i had snow tires put on if i just had tires put on it in July. She told me they would continue to look through the pile the next day when she has more staff on. I agree to that and had them take back the tire they gave me. The next day, I called at 5:30 and was told "we've been slammed so we looked for it a little bit but didnt find it". She said they would keep looking and would call when they found it. The next day I was told there was nothing else they could do, I'd have to wait for the manager to get back Monday. Monday afternoon, I spoke to Topher. He told me they had not had a chance to look for the tire. I said it had been over a week already. He responded "we've been busy and didn't have time". I told him that was'nt acceptable. He then told me to "stop bitching". When asked who he reports too, he responded "I'm the manager, I report to myself". I called the DM and corporate complaint line. The woman I spoke to at corporate documented it and called Topher. When she came back from putting me on hold, by some miracle, they had located my tire that they were previously unable to locate for a week. Upon further investigation on the TPMS sensor issue, I took it to another one of their locations, it was determined that the rear drivers side sensor has been broken and it will be $150 to replace it.

The guy at the counter was nice. The price was way over the top. I didn’t expect to pay 600 dollars for tires when each tire was 73 dollars a piece which means I paid almost three hundred dollars to have them put on my car. Guy said “that’s cheap” No one says what the price is or gives you a receipt so you can see what you paid for. I definitely won’t go back. I felt bad for the guys who did put the tires on in the frigid cold because there is no garage for them to pull the car into and if there is I didn’t see any door to do so. When I left they were outside doing another car. Also they don’t price match like it says online their website!

I have been using Tire warehouse for along time. They are efficient and knowledgeable. My tires are always installed and balanced correctly every time. I also love the fact that they tightenthe lugs by hand. Where I used to go i had to turn around and go back everytime because the balancing was wrong and it felt like I had a flat tire. Never had that problem here. Thanks guys you are appreciated

I called and made an appointment for 11:00 A.M. to get two snow tires that i already had mounted and balanced. I got there about 10 minutes before 11, and checked in. They didnt give me a time frame, but I figured maybe an hour or two max. Well, I waited 2 hrs. and 45 minutes before asking how much longer it would take. I was told your car is next. Someone else came in soon after, and I see them working on their car... I waited for a total of 4 hours to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. The woman at the front desk was very rude and clearly frazzled. Apparently she is the owners wife. But it doesnt seem that she is a customer service professional. She was speaking negatively about customers right at the front desk and was very loud and unprofessional taking customer calls over speakerphone etc. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if its going to be a 4 hr. wait anyhow? I have walked into tire places without an appointment and been in and out in less than an hour. Clearly, this was a bad day for this business. But my advice is, if you're going to go here, drop your vehicle off.
