I’ve been sitting here for 1hr and 40 mins. Watching 10 customers come and go and I am still waiting. I am a very annoyed customer to say the least. What is the issue? Because I asked for a tire rotation I felt like I was punished and made to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Plenty of employees here, so that’s not the issue. To boot, my tire light is still on for low air pressure. If you need a tire rotation, don’t come here. You’ll be punished
