    Excellent service and great rent a cars. The young woman that took care of us did an excellent job, got us what we wanted , quick easy experience. The SUV I rented for three weeks was perfect, excellent condition , more then I expected. I ended up needing it an extra week and they accommodated us with no problem at all. Definitely recommend, prices are a little steep , but that's the world we live in today ..

    I got a luxury rental from this enterprise Rent-A-Car. It was covered through my insurance, but then my insurance ran out a week ago. I had no issues paying it, but the problem was that my credit card was rejected due to the fact that I lost the credit card and had to cancel it. Before when I rented it from another Rent-A-Car, they just re-processed a payment under another card. I explained several times during the week that I could make this payment immediately to clear off my balance entirely. This place Wanted me to come in and sign a new contract And put in a $300 deposit which I agreed to. The issue was I could not make it in on time to re-sign the contract due to Work obligations. So I kept in contact with the branch all week letting them know that I was very much attempting to make it before close. So I made a firm commitment to make it on Friday after speaking to my managers to resign this contract. Come Friday morning the manager of the branch calls me screaming, very rude very disrespectful Obviously upset about the situation. I explained to her that I had been in contact with the employees and another manager, but apparently she didn’t get the notice. So she does what I’ve been attempting to do all week and clear the balance. Then tells me that they will not be resigning a contract, leaving me with no vehicle to get to and from work. I will never step foot in this enterprise again. Thanks Fiona

    Some of the least helpful people I have ever tried to deal with. I would not recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a car.

    Kimberly and Fiona in gardner were amazing during the whole process of renting a car. They explained everything in detail and made the process seemless!
