I had a bit of a "Rollercoaster" experience with my rental.
The car I reserved a month in advance wasn't available so I had to take an "upgrade" at the same cost as my original reservation. This upgrade incurred extra fuel costs for my family's 3k mile road trip. I was initially charged for not returning the rental with a full tank of gas, even though I was told not to fill it up after picking it up with only half a tank.
These issues were resolved by Fiona (the branch manager) after showing up and having a conversation with her.
All the staff at the location were friendly and willing to work with me to make sure I had an overall good experience. The issues that came up were due to small miscommunication and factors that were outside of their control.
I will rent from this location again when the need arises.

Absolutely horrified by the management here. I booked a rental two weeks in advance pick up on Christmas Eve. not only was the manager absolutely horrendous to work with but she had absolutely zero customer service.
I arrrived on Christmas Eve everything was fine but the original card o was trying to use was flagging a scam and was unable to be processe, the worker I was originally working with was very kind and understand. she said I could go get a different card and return as long as I was there before closing at 4 then there wouldn’t be any issues, I did so. I return with 10 minutes left before closing. The manger then denied me because the second card had my husbands name on it, even tho I had proof I was on the account and the last name was the same. She then said the next time they were open was Friday December 26th. I asked if I could come back Friday with my husband to pick up the rental she said yes. So we show up at open 8am to get the rental. She then told my husband that the rental is booked and going out and they no longer could help up.. mind you our reservation is still “booked” as I type this.. I then asked her why she told me I could come back for then rental this morning if I couldn’t and she said she never told me that.. go figure. So I asked her what she could do to fix this or what she had on her lot similar to the same size and she literally was just pushing me out the door, she didn’t order to help me find a rental, wouldn’t even give me or my husband the time of day to fix the issue at hand when THEY OVER BOOKED MY RENTAL. Gardner enterprise is the most unprofessional , unethical and unmanaged rental place I have ever dealt with. The manager had absolutely ZERO respect or held absolutely ZERO responsibility for the fact that they allowed the rental to be booked on top of mine or even telling me I could return the day after Christmas for the rental when I supposedly couldn’t.all she did was push us out of the store both times we conversed with her. we had absolutely no issues return with my husband and his card to complete the rental, we had no issues returning with what we needed to in-order to complete this rental. NONE.
I think enterprise should really consider management better. youd think that people who come in for a rental who are spending upwards of $2000 much like myself would get better customer service..
it’s a shame that the Gardner enterprise has such vulgar ignorant face for management and I hope that no one else has to experience what our family did.

Went from 5 star to gutter with new manager Fiona Caporizzo! After over 30 rentals all of a sudden she wants different cards and the. Won't leave you alone even though you ask while working with the other ladies there who are always pleasant. 5mi s telling her she can leave me alone and nope then follows us out snatches keys from rep says "NO CAR FOR HIM". This was a prebooked rental and I was left stranded missing doctors appointment for my breathing issues as I shouldn't of been walking. Skip this place and her smug arrogant attitude and go to Fitchburg!
