  The technician that worked on my vehicle was polite, professional, communicative about the process and despite the fact that it was cold and raining was pleasant and made sure I was happy with the repairs before leaving.

  I came to get my windshield fixed on the 20th and it came out fine. I was waiting for almost 2 hours and when they finally finished, the manager Pedro, told me there had been an accident. Turns out they backed my car into one of their vans (even though I have a back up camera) and damaged my bumper. So much so there was a crack that went into my actual car plus the bumper. They told me they would completely cover it which obviously cause it’s not like the damage was caused by me! I was just trying to fix my windshield! It’s impossible to get in contact with the actual store. They gave me multiple numbers to call to contact them and no one would answer EVER. They called me one time to tell me the bumper was delivered and to set up a date but at that moment I did not have my work schedule so I did not know what day would actually work for me. I could not get it fixed until 2 weeks later on the 3rd. I had to call Safelite and speak to a third-party to try to have them get in contact with the Franklin MA store and even have them email the manager twice. I finally just set up a regular appointment with the third-party Safelite employee and told them to let the Franklin store know that it was me and it was for the bumper. I live 30 minutes away, so I did not want to just drive here and waste my time. The day I came in I didn’t even know if they were expecting me until I called Safelite and spoke to a third-party person yet again. All I wanted to know was how long it was going to take because I have work the same day that the appointment was scheduled and the only time they had was a 1 PM. At least email me or call me back to let me know more details about the situation. Very inconvenient. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and the cars that they are dealing with and the space that they have so this does not happen again and they need to get more help in the front to answer phones or maybe have a better contact number or a better way to get back to me because calling them for a whole week and getting no response was absolutely frustrating. I guarantee you I will never use Safelite ever again!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS experience that could’ve been easily avoided. Not only was it frustrating to try to even get in contact with anybody from this Franklin MA store, the fact that this accident even happened and I’m wasting a Saturday morning going out of my way to drive to them to fix something that they caused that could’ve been avoided if they were paying attention!!! They lost a very valuable customer.

  Absolutely first class service. They run a tight ship at this Safelite. Hot coffee while waiting available during wait on new windshield. All workers were extremely professional and fastest glass service experienced. One can tell they have great pride in the superior service they provide. Very happy and impressed, will recommend to anyone needing glass repair/replacement.
