Been going here for oil change for a while but today, they are taking more than 4 hours for a scheduled oil change. Matthew is awful on the phone and smug in person. Not sure what changed, but this place sucks.

Made on appointment online for 7AM. When I got there I was told that the technicians don't start until 8AM. The 7AM time is for drop-offs, do I want to come back.

I’d give it a negative star rating if I could. I’ve never been more infuriated with a customer service experience in my entire life. My husband brought our SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation in July 2025. When he picked it up, Goodyear told him that the car needed the following work done: rotors and brake pads, front calipers, stabilizer links, sway bar, rear shocks, brake fluid flush, wheel alignment. The grand total for the work needed was quoted as $2253.19. What this person at Goodyear did not know, was that exactly 11 months earlier, our trusted mechanic had replaced the rotors, calipers, stabilizer links, and sway bar after we had a front suspension coil snap. So the parts Goodyear claimed were in need of replacement were LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. This car isn’t driven a lot. There’s absolutely no way those parts could fail in 11 months. To be sure, we brought the car to a different mechanic that has an excellent reputation. He looked over the entire vehicle and said there was absolutely nothing that he could ethically tell us to replace or repair. Everything was in perfect condition. That there is absolutely SHAMEFUL business practices by Goodyear. BUT, the situation is actually worse than we thought. This week (November 2025) the oil light started flickering in that car. We immediately brought it to our local mechanic, who called a couple hours later to say the car was all set…it was just SEVERELY overdue for an oil change and we really need to be better about staying on top of it. Impossible, I told them. I went down to the mechanic myself and showed him the paperwork from that Goodyear visit in July where we paid $75 for the oil change. He looked visibly uncomfortable as he told me “I did the work myself today…and I can assure you…there was no oil in the car. No leaks either. I’m shocked you haven’t had bigger issues driving around like this. There’s just absolutely no way they did that oil change in July.” I’m absolutely irate. This is corporate fraud on multiple levels. I’m not sure how I’m going to deal with Goodyear yet, but rest assured they will be dealt with. In the meantime, maybe they’re ok for tires, but I would NEVER recommend using them for anything including tires because apparently trust and morality isn’t their strong suit.

Always had good experiences here. Recent visit to install tires aunt got quoted roughly $150 to replace front swaybar end links. 85 for the parts (which is a 2.5x multiplier to what Goodyear pays for the part) and a half hour labor, reasonable to pay for what’s ultimately taking out 4 bolts and replacing a 4 inch long half inch wide piece of metal. Quote attached. My 70 year old aunt shows up for her appointment (hour away from where she lives because we’ve always trusted this Goodyear) and some new guy we’ve never seen tries to tell her it’s going to be 500+ and feigns shock over the quote in her hand. I’ve spent my entire professional life in the auto industry including time managing a Midas and at dealerships as a service advisor and not once did I ever have to stoop to such underhanded, dishonest and shameful practices to turn a profit. Shame on this new employee for ruining the reputation of this shop. I guess I’m crawling on my back, getting my jack and jack stands and doing my aunt’s end links for her. 45 minutes of my life I’ll never get back lol but beats getting tricked by a dishonest person.
