  Easy location to get to. Greeted friendly & the tech performed the work quickly. Windshield looked beautiful, all the appropriate stickers put back on in the correct place. There was some dirt on my front seats so not a 5 star.

  Specifically would like to callout Mary’s excellent customer service. Went in with an odd question, looking for a professional opinion and she was more than happy to assist. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I’ve also gotten a windshield replaced and two cracks filled here before — all excellent work in a very timely manner!

  Great communication from Mary at the Framingham branch and also nice work on my car. Highly recommend these guys for there work, don’t hesitate to try or check them out

  Easy and efficient. Merry was great! She was pleasant professional and kept me informed. The only negative part of the experience was the waiting area, cold and uncomfortable.
