I brought my vehicle in for a tire inspection due to a slow leak on my left front tire, which has been ongoing since I had my new tires installed in April 2025. When I first arrived, I was charged for the tire repair service. However, after explaining my situation to Nick, he took the time to listen to my concerns and look into the issue. The technician discovered that the leak was coming from corrosion around the rim, meaning the rim hadn’t been properly cleaned and sealed during the tire installation. Nick immediately addressed the situation and refunded me the repair cost, which I truly appreciated. Nick was very professional, understanding, and thorough. This level of customer service really stood out, as it’s not often you encounter someone who takes the time to listen and genuinely help.
