  Today I went to the autozone in Framingham and I was very badly served by one of the workers, his name is Raymundo and he managed to do one of the worst days of my life, I arrived at the store and asked him to check my car with the device, he refused and said "this is an oil problem, go where you change oil and ask them to reset" even though it was written "engine" he told me that, he also said "if it's not oil, you can come back here and I'll check it myself" so I did, I went where I changed my oil and they told me to go back to the autozone because that was Engine, when I arrived again at the autozone the terrible attendant Raymundo was talking on his cell phone, I waited for him and when he left I said, "I was upset for having to come back here for the second time, if you had checked the first time I wouldn't be here again" the worst attendant in the world Raymundo said to me "are you treating me badly? I won't check any light, if you want to check yourself, I won't go outside" so I left the establishment and now I want a positioning from you, this employee Raymundo deserves a punishment, thank you in advance and I look forward to the answer

  Very bad experience. The customer service provided by Raymundo was terrible, unhelpful, and rude. I wasted a significant amount of time and left extremely frustrated.
