- AVAndres VelizSep 12, 20251.0Worst gyn buying experience I’ve ever had, the instant I walk in I feel weird attitude towards me. I ask the older gentleman in a button up shirt to look at a mossberg 590 he asks me for my id and firearms license and then asks me if I’m a citizen???? I answer yes and he responds with “are you?”. This alone should have made me walk about but I had been looking for this particular model for a while to no avail. He passes me off to another employee who is nice enough, cold shouldered me the whole time but not rude, as I am wrapping up the paper work the worker notices an error and redoes everything two times. Finally as I am on the last page of the paper work I notice they have me buying a mossberg 500 which is a completely different gun and when I ask them about it they brush it off. Only when I asked them to double check they realize the original manager tried to bait and switch me into buying the 500 instead because the only 590 left was the wall gun. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a fire arm and honestly an insult to me. Don’t buy from bass pro shop and they should fire that manager.

I would’ve spent more time, but unbeknownst to me there was a George Straight concert happening in the evening and I got outta dodge. The gentleman that assisted me, Joe, was great and deserves at least one free lunch.
