When we walked in, the only girl that was working there was on her cell phone and I watched her pick up the phone and put somebody on hold and took care of us. I dropped off the car today ( Dec. 29th) and again she was the only one working. After we dropped off the car, I had left something in the car and tried calling again, only to be put on hold again for 10 min before I was hung up on again. I have never had this issue before accept for when this woman is working she is careless and her customer service is terrible.

Go to the mansfield location, no one is there and apparently their fleets are attached so they also don't have a car. Call Norwood who offers me a car FROM FOXBOROUGH. Guaranteed the car on the phone put the reservation in. Get there? Oh they lied. There's no cars. Every single one of them in this region is an absolute joke. If you want a car don't go to enterprise. Try Hertz or Turo.
