  I asked for a small suv but receives a large one but they didn't have what I needed. I was told if a smaller comes back they will call me. And they did. It was nice. I also liked that they brought the car to the collision center where we dropped our car off. And also we didn't have to bring the car to the Enterprise when our car was fixed and we picked our car up. The only thing that lacked was that they didn't pick up the rental car when the collision center called them. But they did it later and called us to assure that everything was fine and the date of the return was the day we dropped the rental at the collision center. Nice service. Thank you!

  We booked a car on Dec 22nd and tried calling before we came in and was left on hold for 20+ min then was hung up on twice. When we walked in, the only girl that was working there was on her cell phone and I watched her pick up the phone and put somebody on hold and took care of us. I dropped off the car today ( Dec. 29th) and again she was the only one working. After we dropped off the car, I had left something in the car and tried calling again, only to be put on hold again for 10 min before I was hung up on again. I have never had this issue before accept for when this woman is working she is careless and her customer service is terrible.

  Terrible location. Scheduled a car pick up and the morning of get an email saying they don't have a car. Go to the mansfield location, no one is there and apparently their fleets are attached so they also don't have a car. Call Norwood who offers me a car FROM FOXBOROUGH. Guaranteed the car on the phone put the reservation in. Get there? Oh they lied. There's no cars. Every single one of them in this region is an absolute joke. If you want a car don't go to enterprise. Try Hertz or Turo.
