  Outstanding customer service from Ga, Josh and Kam at Enterprise Fitchburg. I received the requested vehicle and it was in immaculate condition. They transported me to and from the collision center. Thank you!!

  The young lady Danielle N. She is very very fantastic 👏 of helping me every time, there's no words that could describe how great she is, She's a 10 🌟!! and the manager Ga M. he's great to 👍 10 🌟!! But the rest of the employees that works at Fitchburg location are not so good, I was going to give 2.5 stars only!!! But because of Danielle N. and Manager Ga M. that works there in Fitchburg, Ma location 10+10=5 stars🌟here!! That's the only reason I rated 5 stars 🌟 Here!! They're both are very great 👍!! Would like them 2 to help me out only when I'm there... Thanks!!

  Called to book a rental for a vacation. I secured a rental over the phone and got a email confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the rental the office attendant said he tried to call me but he couldn't get a hold of me even though I got no missed calls. He rented the vehicle out already to another customer prior to me showing up, by the way, I was on time to pick up the rental. Funny thing was is, the rental was still on the lot. I was the first customer to show up. Zero sympathy towards me in regards to their negligence. I'll never deal with this location again.
