  Very courteous ! Explains what he is doing, ask if I have questions /concerns ! My favorite part, they drive my car in and drive my car out. So I don’t have to have an anxiety attack! Worst part is trying to get over that area for the oil change!!!!!! Oh , it took under half a hour !!! Everything check and filled as should be in an oil change ! Best place I’ve ever been. I’m so grateful I found this place.!!!!!

  Great service. It was my first time coming here. They came out to my truck to greet me and tell me where to park. Clean waiting room with comfortable chairs. They filled up my wiper fluid and coolant on top of the oil change. Everyone was friendly and polite. Very satisfied, will be coming back.

  I had an amazing experience at Speedee Oil Change in Fitchburg (370 John Fitch Hwy). From the moment I pulled in at 8:30 AM, I was greeted immediately with a cheerful, welcoming attitude—I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been welcomed so well at an auto service business. It truly felt like Ritz-Carlton-level service. The lobby was spotless, organized, and smelled clean, which immediately made a great impression. The team thoroughly checked over my car, let me know I needed a new air filter, and even vacuumed my carpets—an unexpected but very appreciated touch. I was completely in and out in just 20 minutes. On top of the excellent service, I received a new-customer discount, making the visit both affordable and exceptional. I’m officially hooked and will be coming here for every oil change and vehicle check from now on. This kind of over-the-top service is rare these days, and this location absolutely deserves recognition. Kudos to the entire team—I’ll definitely be spreading the word, and that’s exactly why I’m taking the time to leave this review. Highly recommend!
