    My poor 71 year old mother rented a car from the Fitchburg water st office for a Jeep with a half a tank of gas paid the 100 deposit and then got charged 15 bucks for a “refueling” fee which is total BS we got it at a half a tank and I specifically put gas in to the half tank when she returned it.. taking advantage of an elderly person regardless of how little or how big the charge was is absolutely ridiculous and I would be ashamed to be the guy on the phone telling me it’s a small refueling charge.. you are disrespectful dishonest and i even took the car in for a car wash before we dropped it off so there would be nooo issues.. guess I was wrong about that one .. now she is out 40 bucks total.. like I said it’s now how small the amount she is limited income I’d be ashamed..I will never recommend this place to anyone especially the on on water st in Fitchburg.. wow I’m in shock still over this …

    Water Street Enterprise in Fitchburg MA has THE best customer service! They are a friendly and cohesive team. As long as I’m in this area, this is who I’ll rent from.
