They didnt have the parts ( even though the guy on the phone made sure that they could do it) Really wish they told me that on the phone before ruining our day.

I gave them the part number and the mechanic Joe said he was really confident in his skills to replace a door actuator to make my passenger door lock work and couldn't. Once I saw three guys over at my car at the same time, I should've known then. My mistake and a costly one. He suggested one thing that it could be but towards the end of the conversation he said something that made me know that he could have fixed it but didn't want to do the work. The manager Nate backed his mechanic as he should have but if you tell me that you can fix it then fix it damn it. No apologies or and thing. They have no idea what customer service looks like. Don't go to McDonald's looking to order a pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
