  My car hit a pothole that flattened my tire. I needed a rental until it was repaired. Ivy at Falmouth MA branch was my savior. I walked in without having a reservation and she had a car available as I needed it for overnight. Ivy is a credit to Enterprise.

  Would leave zero stars if I could. I reserve a full sized sedan for 10am. I get there and the guy asks if I’m cool with a minivan. I tell him yes if it’s discounted and he said it wouldn’t be and I would have to wait for either a Nissan rogue suv at 1030 am or a Honda civic at 11. Very unprofessional.
