- PMP MOct 3, 20251.0We took our car here recently and had the oil changed. The car is a 2023 and was working great, no messages on the dashboard. Simply went in for an oil change. During the service I watched the tech take off the coolant cap and the 2nd tech asked him what he was doing. They put the cap back and continued with the oil change. After we left, we had a new message on the dashboard that stated "Check Coolant Level" so we went back and they said (miraculously after 8 months of no issues) that the coolant cap was broken. They told us they didn't break it and to go elsewhere to get a new cap. Anyone with any logic would see through that and know the odds are incredibly against an issue with a coolant cap breaking on its own on a 2023 car. Needless to say I would not trust this company and do not intend on going back for either of our cars. Will not recommend to any of our friends and family either. You break something, own it! Very frustrating experience.

Every person I have dealt with has been pleasant and professional. Wait time is usually not an issue. The service is quick and the pricing competitive. I never hesitate to have my oil changed by Valvoline and will be bringing my vehicles there for the foreseeable future.
