  Me and my wife get first time Electric car Ford mustang Mach E and we have the best experience at Empire Ford was such pleaser work with Yovivi and Bryce. If you get there work with Bryce he is the best really friendly guy with a lot of knowledge and really fare points and prices. A+

  called to make an appointment to change the oil in the car we requested a spanish speaking representative to help my mom with her appointment she was on hold for a while just for the same female to come back VERY rude and ask what she wanted then proceeded to say no we don’t have and HANG UP on her face this is ridiculously rude and horrible customer service i don’t expect everyone to know spanish but the least thing you can do is have some type of respect for YOUR PAYING customers this is ridiculous 0/5

  The Empire Ford Family in Fall River is the place to go, if you want to get a good honest deal on a new or used vehicle. They truly care about the customer experience. From the excellent maintenance team and service department (Lea and Cindy), through the sales experience. Definitely ask for Austin in sales. He is simply amazing. The follow up from them and Ford Corporate has been great. Kudos

  I had an amazing experience working with this dealership. The manager, Bryce, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I needed at a price that worked for me. I also want to thank Tioni for her assistance throughout the entire process — she made everything smooth and stress-free. They didn’t just sell me a car; they earned a lifetime customer.
