  Got a used car and it was pulling to the right. Had to go on a two week trip so I went to get an alignment, and had to leave right after. Being a tire place they should have said I needed to replace the tires because they were worn from a bad alignment, left their and the car was still pulling to the right because the bad tires. Got back from my trip and took it to Town Fair, they asked for the keys went to look at it, came back and said I needed tires because the were worn out wrong, and an alignment. I would expect a place that does tires for a living to notice basic things like worn tires. Don’t go there, go to Town Fair nearby.

  The place was busy and they were great. Seating room was clean. Everyone was nice. No hard upsells. Diverse customers base.

  The air pressure indicators in 2 of my tires were malfunctioning. The service at Sullivan's was quick and the people there were extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

  The Fairhaven store manager Amanda is amazing. I had a new starter installed in my truck about 4 weeks ago. I was experiencing issues very similar to the issues I was having before I had the starter replaced. I brought the truck in to see what the issue was. Amanda was very responsive and got my truck right in to inspect what the issue might be. After careful inspection of the work they had done on the starter they ran other diagnostics and found it was my battery cold cranking amps was very low. She promptly ordered the necessary battery fo my truck and literally had me back in working order in less than an hour. I was very impressed with her concern of making sure the past workmanship was not and issue, quickly diagnosing the problem getting me back on the road. I have been using Sullivan tire in Fairhaven for over 10 years for my 3 vehicles and will continue to do so. Great service and care.

  I love the Fairhaven Sullivan's team. They truly take care of their customers. Go in for an oil change and they also put air in my tires. A crew of amazing mechanics and front staff who walk their customers through all options. Pulling for the best price and quality. A place where any women woh may or may not know about cars can feel safe they are not being screwed over. You are an equal in their eyes.
