My experience was so bad I called customer service to make a complaint, that was another waste of time. And save your A.I. written apology on this review its meaningless like your company. Your review response will not get me back in your business nor will I tell every one about how bad the service is. I took time out of work unpaid to sit and wait for 2 hours to tell me we dont do anything with aftermarket parts. YOU SHOULD MENTION TOHIS TO PEOPLE. FYI Sullivan tire won't touch anything other than OEM. You should tell customer this before they waste their time like I did.

- SMSteven MurrayDec 14, 20251.0WARNING Please don’t ever go here! I wish I could give it no stars! They take advantage of customers and tell them they need certain services when in fact they don’t. I recently went as my check engine light was on as it’s been on for over a year since last time I took it to Sullivan but it was that time of year again and I needed a sticker. Since the first time they couldn’t find an issue and the light remainded on all Year. So now this year when I brought it in same isssue they came with a problem. And I was told I need a new fuel pump and it cost me from $1300-$1700. Something told me to take it to the dealership instead and thank god I did. Come to find out someone at Sullivans last year undid some of the wires under the hood causing my check engine light to go on and stay on for over a year. All they simply did was plug it back in and the light went out and it’s been out since. I even argued with my credit card company so I didn’t have to pay Sullivans any money which I won! So please don’t go here

My car has four brand-new wheels and tires — all I needed was an alignment. Instead, they told me the car needed a bunch of parts (which I know isn’t true) and refused to do the alignment. It honestly felt like they were just trying to sell me their own tires. They also wouldn’t install the new tires I brought unless I paid $75 per tire just for installation, which I found unreasonable. I really hate to leave a negative review, but I think it’s important for the community to know about experiences like this. A lot of people don’t know much about cars, and it’s easy for shops like this to take advantage of them. Hopefully this helps others make better, informed choices.
