I could genuinely tell that she cared about her customers and wasn’t trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need only what was necessary. It’s refreshing to meet a technician who puts honesty and customer service first. We definitely need more techs like Amanda. I’ll be coming back because of her great service. Highly recommend!

Before I left I asked if they did the two things mention above. I had to ask twice because I didn’t get a response the first time and when he responded to me, it was with an attitude and he told me he did which was a Bald face lie because my tires needed to get filled and I know I don’t have a leak. If you’re paying top dollar for an oil change, you should get the little perks that are included without having To double check It’s called integrity. If I had to choose between this location and the Somerville location go to Somerville.
