- NBN BrownNov 15, 20252.0Overall, my experience with Safelite was terrible and drawn out. I scheduled a windshield replacement and paid a week in advance. On the day of, no one showed and no one bothered to call during the entire window I eventually called no one answered at the number they had given me which turned out to be the shop. I actually called many times. No voicemail was set up. All of that was pretty infuriating. I called a main customer service number and after being on hold endlessly I eventually learned that a technician had called in that day. I rescheduled for the next day. No one showed again during the 4-hour window. 2 hours after the window, someone called and said they were at my house and if I didn’t appear in 5 minutes they would leave. I again called customer service.They offered free wipers and ti reschedule but I was done for that week having wasted two days off from work. I rescheduled the next week at a new price - no free windshield and less discounts - and someone showed up at 10 am despite the window being 12-5 pm. He did a fine job and it went smoothly. Luckily I was home. Basically, they are unreliable and I was supposed to get a $55 credit and free windshield wipers that I missed out on bc of my exasperation with their repeated failures to show.

I called to see if there was availability to get my car windshield fixed on the same day and the lady on the phone found me one close to my address! I went to the Everett location where Derek serviced my car and he was phenomenal! Professional, quick, communicative and relatable! He made sure and double checked i got everything i asked for and took the time to explain things to me i wasnt aware of about my car! They didnt have the correct windshield for my car and he still got it from a body shop the same day and fixed my Car in record time! He was super friendly and kind! I will recommend others to his location especially! Thank you so very much again Derek, you deserve a raise‼️
