- LLLNov 6, 20251.0Insurance made me an appointment. I wait in line, it’s my turn but lady ignored me and multiple employees were occupied. 2 walk-ins immediately get service before me. Anthony (positive experience good service) takes me through everything efficiently and clearly. They only had cars some below the budget my insurance allotted but i accepted a car I found decent nonetheless and was grateful. We’re filling everything out. Manager comes out of nowhere and I was rejected the car. I haven’t done anything wrong. I had valid license and payment. Gonna talk to enterprise to see if i can get a rental. I need a car to go to work. Don’t want to come back to this place ever again. Anthony was nice and helpful however.

Seeing that I was pressed for time, instead of making me wait for a full-size car to be cleaned, the new assistant manager Mohamed and employee Anthony offered to upgrade me to an suv for a very small fee, which got me on my way within 5 minutes. I was grateful at the way they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks for turning around a bad situation.
