Told him with my car model I believe a cover needs to be removed before lifting. He said no and continued to use too much force it snapped on the windshield. He managed to hurt himself. And then cracked the arm of the wiper. I called him out on breaking it. And he proceeded to say it was no big deal and it still worked. Then called me ungrateful for a free service and called me emotional for getting mad. Said he would glue the cracked part back on. Took it out of my hand and tossed it in the trash. Then said I never gave it to him and I must of dropped it. But the end of this interaction I was so infuriated. The lack of accountability. I don’t recommended ever having them touch your car. They don’t even bother to look up a video before doing something.
