  Steve Walsh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, he gave me all my tire options with current promotional savings offers. Robin Caron was also very professional and nice. She checked me out and made sure I had my maintenance protection plan brochure and explained how that works and also told me about the free alignment every 6000 miles for as long as I have my tires.

  Towed my broke down car here. I told them it was the alternator. Charged me $387. They did not diagnose the problem. They changed the oil and air filter and cleaned throttle body..They said it was running just fine. They printed "proof" of my alternator running fine and battery was "OK". It made it a mile down the street. I called them back 20 minutes after paying them. They refuse to refund my money. I wouldn't go here if I were you. ***I towed my car to another shop where they told me my alternator is bad and it killed my battery.*** I lived in this town for 30 years and I will tell everyone I know about these criminals. Thanks guys.

  These folks are always friendly and professional. They take the time to gain as much information about what the perceived problem might be and then check it out. They do not try to make matters appear worse than they are. There are times, like today, when, clearly, the perceived issue with brakes, was just that - the brakes were fine and required no replacement. I appreciate that honesty and know that when something is wrong... they are fully-equipped to perform the service properly.

  I was most pleased with the time taken to show me different brands of tires available for my car, in language I could understand, making the process of buying all new tires an easier venture. Friendly as well as helpful staff!
