  I recently came in to get an oil change done with my wife It was one of the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The east Longmeadow location used to be such a nice professional place . Now they are just new faces every time I come in I have people yelling at me as they’re guiding my car in . You have somebody who is supposedly a manager Smoking cigarettes inside the door of the store, smoking them in the shop while she is getting the oil change And I had to ask them repeatedly to put air tires and to add washer fluid. The normal people that I work with were not there and none of the guy seemed to care what was going on with the car. I have been bringing my vehicles here for the last five years and it is unfortunate to see where the store is now. I do not recommend anybody going to the Easton Metal location. I am truly appalled and upset and hope that if I ever choose to come back, That the store is the way I remembered it not the way I seen it the other day. Hopefully, Someone will see this and they will be changes implicated because to do all of that and then try to upsell me when I didn’t see anybody look at my car it’s truly despicable

  Absolutely horrible if you want to sit in your car for an hour… behind a car on a lift getting who knows what done to it… while all you need is a 5 minute oil change come here. They’ve got exactly what you’re looking for. Worst place I’ve ever been. I was the next car in line too it’s not like I was behind 10 people there’s no excuse for this shit.

  Crappy experience from start to finish. Constantly attempting to upsell you throughout the process. Gave them a coupon, which they ignored, and then they applied a lesser coupon, which I didn't realize until I got home. Pretty dishonest process. They also claimed the coupon was "invalid," despite being directly from Jiffylube. Technician didn't even take my phone to try the coupon when I was there. First and last time I stop here. Stick to Valvoline or your local mechanic. Definitely not trustworthy or transparent.

  We got a 5 year old car, bought brand new, we are the sole owners fo the car. I went in, got an oil change. The next day my wife complained of the transmission "slipping" or shifting gears (without doing a thing), followed by smoke coming out of the engine. This is a MASSIVE issue that has NEVER happened, ever! We're not going back there, because we're not sure they wont screw it up even more. I just got word that this happend with 3 other cars of people I know who went to that speciffic location. I am gonna call them about this, because someone is screwing up peoples cars. Also the price....does not beat the $100 price at the dealership because 1) they dont waste your time and up-sale 2) Actually rotate your tires 3) They do a full/more detailed inspection of your car, and give you an idea of whats coming up. All in all a complete waste of time, money and just such a HUGE mistake going to this place. I will never do it again...take it from me....have a professional work on your car...even if its just an oil change and checking/topping off the fluids. It pays to have someone who knows what they're doing work on your car.
