The next day my wife complained of the transmission "slipping" or shifting gears (without doing a thing), followed by smoke coming out of the engine. This is a MASSIVE issue that has NEVER happened, ever! We're not going back there, because we're not sure they wont screw it up even more. I just got word that this happend with 3 other cars of people I know who went to that speciffic location. I am gonna call them about this, because someone is screwing up peoples cars. Also the price....does not beat the $100 price at the dealership because 1) they dont waste your time and up-sale 2) Actually rotate your tires 3) They do a full/more detailed inspection of your car, and give you an idea of whats coming up. All in all a complete waste of time, money and just such a HUGE mistake going to this place. I will never do it again...take it from me....have a professional work on your car...even if its just an oil change and checking/topping off the fluids. It pays to have someone who knows what they're doing work on your car.
