  I had just replaced a lower control arms on my 2014 Toyota 4Runner. I was worried that the alignment would be a difficult thing to do. I called Town Fair Tire and spoke to Danny who made an appointment for me. He was very polite. When I arrived, Dan was there to answer all my questions and to get the paperwork done. He was fantastic. I am now in my car and it drives beautifully. I would also like to thank Tom, who I think was one of the managers, for coming over while me and some other people were waiting for our cars, to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was OK. Great place, great service and wonderful staff. Thank you.

  We had an emergency situation while visting Falmouth. Took our rental to your Teaticket location. Paul and his team were knowledgeable, courteous and handled the issue with the car quickly. So thankful to receive such great service. Thank you!

  My son had a slow leak in one tire. He brought it to Sullivan Tire in Falmouth to be plugged and they told him it can’t be plugged because the hole is “on the shoulder” They also told him he needed all four tires replaced. The truck has 33,000 miles. They tried to charge him over $1,100. They are liars!!! We have the tire and the nail is almost in the middle of the tread and easily plugged. Sullivan should be ashamed of how they take advantage of their customers. I have photos of the tire, but don’t see how I can load those images into this review

  I had an amazing experience here today. We are from Florida and had a very sudden and severe tire leak as we were leaving Martha’s Vineyard, with a very long journey ahead of us road trip, and Sullivan tore easy Falmouth saved the day. The main guy (I think his name was Paul but apologies for forgetting) was so helpful and was able to take a look at the tires right away, took us out to the car to show us the problem and why, and was able to get all 4 tires replaced in less than an hour - I’m still in shock how fast that was and how it helped us get on the road again so quickly. As a young family with a 1 yr old with us and another baby on the way, it was phenomenal to feel so taken care of in an emergency situation by Sullivan tires Easy Falmouth!! - definitely recommending this location to anyone with car trouble up there! Big thank you for saving the day!
