  Awful experience, my senior parents made a reservation for 10:30am. They drove there to be told the car was not ready to come back at 3pm, which they did. Again, there was no car fpr them and they did nothing to solve the issue. Not even an apology. Do not trust this place.

  If you ever wanted the experience of feeling like your on a hidden camera TV show, this is the place for you. You won't leave with a car but you will leave wondering if someone is going to follow you out to the parking lot to have you sign a waiver for being on a low budget comedy show or on a YouTube channel. Coporate overbooking is the customers problem here! Stick to the airports or major city locations. This is more of a cart in the middle of dead mall selling a kitchen cleaner with no inventory.
