I am a tall guy and at times or quite too often they would deny me a luxury/roomy car claiming that I need to have had a reservation. It is not the norm, though, but when you are used to feeling special, any deviation is felt deep inside your core. I would say NATIONAL IS GREAT

On the occasion of my most recent visit, I was welcomed warmly and with a spirit of servant leadership. The selection of vehicles in the Executive section was ample and fully stocked. My exit experience was perfection itself. I was asked all of the right questions without a moment wasted on anything extraneous.

The car needed to be towed and the first person I spoke to could not understand what I was saying/asking or she was willfully just ignoring my questions and sticking to a script. I had to call back the next day and that person was wonderful as was the tow truck driver.
- JHJim Hoover4 days ago3.0In the last 2 weeks I have had 2 rentals. The first was not so good had to wait for a car which happens however the car was not clean when I got in it. The one yesterday was also dirty but not as bad. I didn't notice it was dirty until I had left with the car.
