  I was very pleased with the response of Enterprise to the weather crisis slamming the entire Northeast in February. I had rented a vehicle for the week prior, expecting to return it to the Boston Logan and flying back to DC. Unfortunately all flights were cancelled leaving me with now way to get back to DC other than driving. They went above and beyond in identifying a way for me to retain my rental, drive it to DC and not be stuck with a hefty charge for not returning it to the original renting location. Hats off to Enterprise

  I was very impressed with the seamless process in renting with Enterprise at the airport in Boston. I had done everything online, the day before a blizzard and needed a 4x4 truck to make sure I could get around safely. When I arrived at the airport, I didnt have to stand in any lines, I went right out into the lot, to be greeted by some very friendly staff. They took me to the 4x4 trucks and asked if I would like the GMC the RAM or the Ford. I choose the Ford. They told me the keys were in the cup holder and the truck was gassed up. Returning the truck was just as easy. I drove into the garage, pulled up to an attendant, he walked around the truck, then took the keys from me and gave me a receipt. The whole process was streamlined and efficient. I was very impressed. They really have a great system and are very attendant. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Thanks Enterprise at Logan Airport!

  People were very very friendly and helpful including the counter folks, the folks in the garage. We were told the gas tank was full. But it was 3 gallons down. When we told the exit agent in the garage he comped us some money, which we really appreciated. I have appreciated Enterprise for years, but unfortunately I will not rent from them again because of their cooperation and association with ICE. If this changes I will be back.

  The check in was great and they were helpful at the desk and when getting the car. My complaint would be that they told me to bring the truck back on full. Which I did! But then they charged me for 1.8 gallons of gas at over $5 a gallon. I guess I got the truck with 22 gallons and dropped off at 20.2. I feel like if the truck still says FULL at drop off then they shouldn’t charge me for that. If they are going to charge me then they need to tell me the exact gallon it was in and how to check it. I mean I’m SURE they wouldn’t give me a credit if I brought it back with more than 22 gallons!!

  Good customer service, but they need to step up their game with vehicle cleanliness.... My wife and I rent several times each month and we have to bring the car home every single time to clean the inside because it's gross. You can't see out of the windows, steering wheel is sticky, etc. We're not clean freaks, but it's like they do nothing but vacuum the car and send it back out. Other than the cleaning, the front of the house team does a good job.
