I had a seamless rental with Enterprise 11/7 - 11/16. I picked up a clean vehicle and was walked to the car and asked by an Enterprise employee if I had any questions or concerns before heading out of the airport lot. I originally made my reservation for 3 days, but easily modified my reservation for a longer period in the Enterprise app, due to a death in my family. I will be renting from Enterprise again!

Be extra careful when selecting your vehicle. I specifically requested a standard-sized SUV with *AWD* for a trip to the snowy mountains. I was initially placed into a RWD-only vehicle by mistake: The counter clerk asked the SUV and I clarified AWD, she confirmed it was available and directed me to the garage, where the garage clerk announced they were all out of the size I had reserved, and would I like to be upgraded into a larger size? She put me into the nearest vehicle, a Dodge Durango GT, and I was skeptical that this vehicle had AWD... upon me looking much closer, it did not. (This would have been dangerous on our snowy mountain drive!) She offers me to switch into the next vehicle over, another Durango, nearly identical in appearance. She assures me this one DOES actually have AWD, but unfortunately I'm not willing to take the chance at this point. I selected a nearby Rav4 with AWD badging clearly displayed on the tailgate, so we re-loaded our bags for the 3rd time into this final vehicle. And it performed great. So: if I reserve an AWD vehicle for snow, then I want to feel confident I am being placed properly into the correct vehicle. The folks at this location seemed to just be "winging it" to get people out the door quicker, regardless of vehicle type needed. Take your time. Don't rush and make a mistake of getting placed into a RWD vehicle masquerading as a "free upgrade."

I had a great experience with Enterprise in April with the Seattle location, yet my experience with the Boston area locations have not been as pleasant. I was assessed charges for the week and then had to switch vehicles on Thursday due to a screw in a tire. I was appreciative of the switch, though now I'm being charged for not filling up the gas tank (not much was used) and CO2 charges. I was told the charges would be refunded as we didn't stop for gas while trying to get the vehicle switched out safely and told no difference for the different vehicle; but the charges are showing again. The difference isn't much, but I do not appreciate the runaround.

I had a terrible experience with Enterprise Car Rental in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I specifically requested and confirmed a child safety seat for my rental (booked via Booking.com). Upon arrival, the staff informed me they do not offer child seats, ever, directly contradicting my confirmed reservation. This situation was incredibly stressful and put my family at risk. Their solution was to tell me to go buy a seat myself. This critical failure delayed our trip by two hours, forced an expensive last-minute rebooking, and cost us extra in Uber fees and higher rental rates.. If you are traveling with a child and require a car seat, DO NOT book with this location or rely on their reservation system. They cannot be trusted to provide basic, mandatory I safety equipment.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your Boston International Airport location, which unfortunately did not meet the level of service I have come to expect from your company. I have been a loyal customer for several years and frequently choose your services when traveling for both business and personal trips. Upon arriving at the rental counter during my recent trip from Phoenix, AZ, I noticed several staff members present, but only one actively assisting customers. As a result, I waited approximately 15 minutes before being helped I was the only other person waiting). While I understand that busy periods occur, this seemed like an easily avoidable delay given the number of employees at the desk. When it was my turn, I presented my credit card to complete the process. The card had a decorative sticker on it, something that has never caused an issue in my many prior rentals with your company. In fact, the receptionist assisting me even complimented the sticker. However, another staff member approached and abruptly stated that the card could not be accepted because of it. I immediately offered to remove the sticker, but she insisted that the card still would not be acceptable. Her tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional. Had I not had another credit card available, I would have been unable to complete my rental despite having a confirmed, prepaid reservation. Thankfully, the original receptionist remained courteous and apologetic, which I greatly appreciated. As a loyal customer who consistently relies on your company for dependable service, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I kindly ask that you review and address this incident.
