    The staff is so helpful and friendly, even making the return of rental pleasant. They noted my comments about tire pressure and using up the washer fluid because of the snowy roads. We have such good experiences with the staff we are willing to pay a bit more, if necessary, to have the Enterprise experience!

    We requested to change our drop off location from the original booking. The agent said the estimated rate would be over double the cost ($900) of the original 7-day booking ($400) to make this change. The agent said that she could check into getting us a discount and would call me back. I said we were leaving our destination in 30 minutes and we'd need a call back ASAP. 10 hours later, as we were 1/2 hour from dropping the car off at the original destination, they called back and offered us a nice discount of over 3x the original booking cost ($1400). They then told us it would be cheaper to rebook a new car. So we did. With AVIS for only $140 so we drove to our updated location. What a waste of time and effort on our part. I've changed our destination in the past and was never charged more than $100.

    Rented at Boston Logan Airport. This was my easiest + most straight-forward rental experience ever. Checked in online beforehand and got the rental car within a couple of minutes after arriving. There was even no need to go into the branch, instead I was directly taken to the vehicle. Plus, got exactly the car I expected. Returning the car was also super easy and quick. Outstanding service from start to finish.

    Renting at Boston Logan Enterprise was smooth; the reps were great, in and out in a very short time. The central location of Enterprise needs to be much better and aligned with the local Enterprises. I was trying to find a minivan with roof rails for a storage rack, but the central location kept saying that during check-in, the location might be able to give me one. Later, I found out that it is not the case. There are no vehicles at Enterprise, or for that matter, any rental that offers vehicles with roof rails. They should not have misguided the customer. We also tried to book a second vehicle for our group in Montreal. The central location of Enterprise booked a vehicle, but when we called the local location, they confirmed that there were no vehicles. One star for the central location!

    Rented at Boston Logan for ten days. Low marks for pickup process, when agent stated that she couldn’t release a car unless I could show her an online photo of the vehicle I rented. Without access to WiFi and a poor cell signal, I was forced to demand a supervisor who was able to look up my vehicle with my confirmation number. Kudos for some modicum of customer service. Then came the return. The vehicle did not have any access to collision or lane departure sensors due to a service problem, a fact about which the vehicle constantly displayed a reminder. The agent that took in the return said that was too bad but that this kind of thing happens all the time. Not even an apology for pushing out a unserviced unit. What has happened to Enterprise’s customer experience???
