  I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I brought my car in and was told I needed front and rear brakes, an alternator, serpentine belt, and a battery. After paying $2,800, my car broke down again almost immediately. I told them there was a horrible burning smell that afternoon after picking the car up. Instead of taking it seriously, they brushed it off and said it was “normal” from the new alternator. It clearly wasn’t. When I brought it back, they swapped the battery and claimed it was “defective,” but the car broke down yet again. At that point, they told me to bring it back again. Meanwhile, the brakes were not even done properly—the hubs were never cleaned—and the car was shaking badly over 45 mph, which is completely unacceptable after brake work. Come to find out, the alternator they installed was actually defective. So after all that time, money, and inconvenience, the core issue was something they put in themselves which was defective. Everything about this experience felt rushed and careless. Poor workmanship, misdiagnosis, and zero accountability. After three breakdowns and $2,800 spent, there is no way I would trust them with my vehicle again. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go somewhere else
