I was in a rental/several rentals provided by the Enterprise on 79 Freeport st in Dorchester. Firstly, Jeneil was amazing. I was not in the best mood when I arrived but before I left she put a smile on my face with her cheerful, calm, inviting, and professional attitude. She was all to happy to go the extra mile to help me search for a lost item. The first car developed a bulge in one of the tires. The second had a chip in the windshield that started to expand. The third car was brand new and very nice. Upon returning the car, I was greeted by Hannah who was genuinely interested in my experience. Upon hearing about some of my troubles, without asking, she offered to cut in half what I owed for the rental. I was very much surprised by this and very much appreciative 🙏.

Offered no assistance offered no help to find another location or another car. Do not go to this location they have terrible customer service.

When I did call to express a couple of concerns after leaving the premises they were ready to assist with my issue right away. When return the vehicle the next crew was once again very pleasant.
